5774 Center Road, Lopez Island, WA 98261

Property Description

This is one of the prettiest properties on Lopez Island, centrally located, with diverse topography ranging from rocky outcroppings and mature fir/madrone forest sloping down to idyllic pasture space. At the western portion of the property lies a beautiful pond surrounded by cedars, willows, and other wetland flora, featuring a swimming dock and a variety of birds. Sunny, private, lots of room to build, with excellent views of the Olympic Mountains. There is a large fully deer-fenced garden/orchard area in the middle of the property with mature apple, plum, and pear trees. At the treeline is a 400 sq. ft. shop/storage building, a mower shed, a composting toilet, and a geodesic dome style cabin set further up in the trees overlooking the property. The owners have built walking trails winding through the forest, which is part of a larger wooded area on the neighboring lots providing peace and solitude. The surrounding properties are all large parcels with nothing built close to the property lines. No CCRs or other building restrictions, allowing you to develop this as a farm, a private retreat, or your dream home.
