She sat down with me, listened to what I was looking for and what I needed out of my home. She put together a few options of what we could do to sell the home, and I loved her explanations and understanding of the market, she is truly and Expert. She handled all of the staging and photography, did multiple Open-Houses and really made my home shine. On more than one occasion her advice SAVED ME MONEY, and resulted in a better outcome. When helping me complete the purchase Kristin was the consummate professional. She was extremely organized. "The almost year long process of hand holding, reassuring phone calls, advocacy in the Seattle corridor tough housing market, taking firm stands against house flipping speculators, multiple days of 10+ home tours and honest talk about expectations and value has made Kristin the absolute best person to have found us our forever home! Patient, has vision for realizing your dream home in the existing footprints of homes (she never scoffed when we suggested this wall should be removed or this kitchen should move to the center of the house) allowed us the space to visit Open Houses (mainly did that to give her poor feet and gas tank a rest) and hands down got us the best deal and value we could find within our very specific geographical wish list.
